Quality Control Coordinator – Aerospace (Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a well-established Aircraft Manufacturer in Palm City, FL.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and supervise the quality function of the plant to ensure compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement quality management practices in alignment with FAA, AS9100, and customer specifications
• Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for the quality team
• Create and enforce quality assurance processes and inspection procedures
• Conduct thorough validation of quality processes
• Ensure the maintenance of AS9100 certification and adherence to compliance efforts

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Supervision/Management within the Aerospace Industry
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100, APQP/AS9145 standards
• Proficient in problem-solving methodologies such as 8D and 5-Why
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without any restrictions
