Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will use standard office equipment such as laptop computers and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate verbally. The employee may need to lift files, open filing cabinets, and perform tasks that require bending or standing on a stool. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Typical office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, although hours may vary based on workload and manager's discretion. This job may require additional hours as needed.
Travel
Occasional local supplier visits and minimal domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering field
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality and Product Assurance
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Experience working with AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) processes
- Knowledge of IPC structure for PCB, PCBA, and cable harness
- Ability to follow electrical schematics and conduct electronics troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of software, scripts, and programming languages
- Familiarity with J-STD-001 soldering standard
- Experience using multimeters, network analyzers, signal generators, and power meters
- Understanding of mechanical drawings, machined parts, and GD&T
- Knowledge of various industry standards and specifications
- Familiarity with NADCAP certification related to special processes
