What we're seeking:
•Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) is required. CT registry (ARRT) is preferred.
•Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License is required.
•BLS certification within 30 days of employment is required.
Hours and compensation:
•This is a full-time position from 7am-7pm with rotating weekends and holidays.
•Hourly pay ranges from $26.89 to $38.99, depending on experience.
•The position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus.
•Perform CT procedures to generate diagnostic images and deliver patient care and education during the procedure.
•Conduct routine and emergency CT procedures using imaging equipment, related accessories, and contrast agents while adhering to radiation safety standards and department protocols.
•Prepare patients and exam rooms for imaging procedures, assist patients with appropriate attire, and create a comfortable, friendly, and secure atmosphere for all patients. Educate patients and their families about the imaging procedure.
•Maintain patient, department, and hospital records both manually and electronically. Complete associated data entry and clerical tasks as necessary. Responsible for ordering and stocking department supplies.
•Perform and document equipment quality control according to department protocols. Carry out routine cleaning and preventative maintenance. Report any malfunctions to the appropriate person or department.
•Provide backup coverage for general Radiology procedures and be available for on-call duties outside of normal working hours.
