What they’re seeking:
• Graduated from an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology school with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology.
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration.
• Eligible for CT certification. MRI certification is a plus but not required. Mammo certification is a plus but not required.
Working hours and earning potential:
• Day shift position, working 36 hours (three 12-hour shifts per week). One out of four weekends will be worked (from 6am Saturday to 6am Monday).
• Compensation range is between $22.25/hr and $38.00/hr, depending on experience and qualifications. On-call duty is required one day per week, including the weekend worked. Pay rate is $2/hr, and it becomes time and a half if called in.
• Comprehensive benefits package inclusive of a $5K sign-on bonus and $4K allotted for relocation.
• This position entails preparing and positioning patients for diagnostic x-ray & CT examinations, administering and monitoring IV contrast administration, proficiently utilizing all x-ray equipment to produce high-quality examinations, and ensuring the completion of studies for interpretation by the Radiologist.
• The ability to multitask and maintain proficiency across multiple modalities is essential, along with performing patient screening and scheduling within the department.
• Execute all duties and responsibilities in compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and guidelines.
