We are currently seeking an experienced and highly competent Associate Attorney specializing in Real Estate Law to join our prestigious law firm in the Century City office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, working on high-profile real estate transactions.

Job Requirements:

  • Holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school with a distinguished academic record.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • Has accumulated 4 to 6 years of substantive experience in handling real estate transactions.
  • Extensive background in real estate financing, representing lenders, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Representation of lenders and financial institutions in real estate financing transactions.
  • Preparation and negotiation of loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other relevant financing documents.
  • Providing advice to clients regarding structuring and closing intricate commercial real estate transactions.
  • Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams on matters related to CMBS and other structured finance transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, while actively contributing to business development initiatives.
