REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, an esteemed national law firm ranked in the top 100 of AmLaw, is actively seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate Attorney to join their esteemed Real Estate Practice Group in the bustling city of Boston. Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with a proven outstanding academic record.

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.

• More than 2 years of substantial experience in real estate transactions.

• Demonstrated competence in handling purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

• An advantageous joint venture experience, and familiarity with borrower-side financing.

• Possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

• Ability to efficiently navigate complex transactions and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

• Exhibit ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's rapidly expanding national practice.

• Preference for candidates with a background in prestigious law firms or previous clerkship experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

• Draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents involving purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

• Provide assistance in the execution of joint ventures and borrower-side financing transactions.

• Offer strategic legal guidance on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with both local and federal regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a team of skilled attorneys on high-value real estate deals.
