Candidate Profile:

Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with a proven outstanding academic record.

Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.

More than 2 years of substantial experience in real estate transactions.

Demonstrated competence in handling purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

An advantageous joint venture experience, and familiarity with borrower-side financing.

Possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Ability to efficiently navigate complex transactions and cultivate meaningful client relationships.

Exhibit ambition, drive, and a team-oriented mindset to contribute to the firm's rapidly expanding national practice.
- Preference for candidates with a background in prestigious law firms or previous clerkship experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, encompassing acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Draft and negotiate a variety of legal documents involving purchase and sale agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.

Provide assistance in the execution of joint ventures and borrower-side financing transactions.

Offer strategic legal guidance on real estate matters, ensuring compliance with both local and federal regulations.

Collaborate closely with a team of skilled attorneys on high-value real estate deals.
