Our client, an esteemed national law firm, is in search of a skilled and motivated Legal Associate to join their Dallas-based Real Estate team. This role presents exciting opportunities to engage in complex real estate transactions and offers a clear path for professional advancement within the firm.
What We're Looking For:
- Achieved a Juris Doctor (JD) from a reputable law school with a strong academic background.
- Must be Texas Bar Admitted.
- 3-4 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions, including commercial property acquisition, disposition, financing, and development.
- Previous experience with AmLaw 200 firms and familiarity with the demanding nature of high-level legal environments.
- Proficient in complex legal drafting.
- Preferred experience in joint venture transactions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engage in a wide range of prominent real estate transactions, including joint venture formations, financing, and the buying or selling of real estate assets nationwide.
- Represent developers, investors, and financial institutions in intricate real estate deals.
