A reputable national law firm is actively recruiting Real Estate Legal Associates who possess 4-6 years of experience in the areas of real estate finance, representing lenders, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS). Desired Candidate Profile:

• Hold a JD degree from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic background.
• Must be bar certified in the state where the office is located.
• Have 4-6 years of experience in significant aspects of real estate law such as financing, representing lenders, and CMBS.
• Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Engage in various real estate transactions, including financing and representing lenders.
• Draft and negotiate co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
