Real Estate Associate Counsel

An esteemed national law firm is actively seeking a skilled Real Estate Associate Counsel with 4-6 years of experience in various aspects of real estate law, including real estate financing, representing lenders, negotiating co-lender agreements, and handling commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions. This position offers the flexibility to work in the firm's offices across multiple cities.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from a top-tier law school and a strong academic record.
• Bar certification in the state where the office is located.
• 4-6 years of experience in key areas of real estate law, such as financing, lender representation, and CMBS.
• Excellent verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a variety of real estate transactions, including financing and representing lenders.
• Draft and negotiate co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
• Manage transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
