Our client, a prestigious national law firm ranked as an AmLaw 200 firm, is currently seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Real Estate Associate Attorney to join their esteemed team in the bustling city of Los Angeles, California.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with a proven track record of academic excellence.
- Have a valid California Bar Admission.
- Bring to the table 2-5 years of substantial experience in handling real estate transactions for a diverse clientele, including developers, owners, investors, and lenders.
- Possess practical knowledge of key areas such as loans, joint ventures, LLC documents, and leases.
- Demonstrate a preference for dealing with a wide range of financing, development, and investment matters.
- Display strong legal writing and exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Encouragement for candidates with previous business experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including financing, development, and investment matters.
- Represent clients in various real estate issues, including the drafting and review of transactional documents.
- Provide strategic guidance on complex real estate projects.
- Collaborate closely with a team of attorneys to meet ongoing client requirements, ensuring reliable service and utmost client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, exemplifying exceptional client service skills.
