Candidate Profile:

  • Holds a JD from a prestigious top-tier law school with a remarkable academic record.
  • Must be admitted to the Florida Bar.
  • Brings in 3+ years of experience in handling a diverse range of complex and sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • Possesses an advantageous background in working with borrower-side finance.
  • Demonstrates experience in a notable large law firm environment, displaying exceptional writing and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal counsel to clients on various real estate matters, including purchases, sales, financing, partnerships, development projects, and lease agreements.
  • Drafting and negotiating intricate real estate contracts that align with client objectives.
  • Offering guidance on borrower-side finance concerns, utilizing expertise to deliver outstanding client service.
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team of attorneys in a fast-paced and innovative setting.
