REAL ESTATE LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Location: Miami, FL

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm. This position will be based in our Miami office and will focus on our Real Estate Practice Group.

Qualifications:

• Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) from a highly regarded top-tier law school with an outstanding academic record.
• Must be Bar Admission in Florida holder.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in handling diverse and complex real estate transactions.
• Experience in borrower-side finance is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with a large law firm and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on various real estate matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, joint ventures, development projects, and leasing.
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Offer expert guidance on borrower-side finance matters, delivering exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of attorneys in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
