A prestigious national law firm in the AmLaw 50 is seeking a talented and driven Associate to join their esteemed Real Estate & Land Use practice group. This opportunity is available in multiple office locations.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• We prefer candidates with a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top-tier law school and a stellar academic track record.
• Applicants should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in transactional real estate.
• Excellent legal writing and drafting skills are essential.
• Candidates must demonstrate an enthusiasm for practicing real estate law.
• Impeccable attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to client service are highly valued.
• Effective collaboration within a team-oriented environment is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in diverse real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investments.
• Serve clients from different property sectors and industries, handling complex matters on both local and national scales.
• Work alongside experienced attorneys in a dynamic practice group that fosters collaboration.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from $260,000 to $390,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus based on performance may also be provided.
