A prestigious international law firm, ranked among the top 50 in the industry, is currently seeking skilled mid-level Real Estate Lawyers to join its Chicago office. This position requires professionals with 4-6 years of experience, specializing in areas such as real estate financing, lender representation, co-lender/intercreditor agreements, and commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• JD degree from one of the nation's leading law schools, with an outstanding academic track record.
• Active admission to the Illinois State Bar is a must.
• 4-6 years of experience practicing real estate law, with a specific focus on financing, lender representation, and CMBS.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide legal expertise in the areas of real estate financing and lender representation.
• Engage in drafting and negotiating co-lender and intercreditor agreements.
• Manage the legal aspects of commercial mortgage-backed securities.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on complex real estate transactions.
