Our client, a well-established national law firm, is seeking a highly-capable and driven Associate to join their renowned Real Estate Development & Investments practice group in Austin.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a prestigious law school with an impressive academic record.
• Must have a valid Bar Admission in Texas.
• Bring 2-4 years of valuable experience in the field of real estate transactions, spanning across the acquisition, disposal, and development of both residential and commercial properties.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
• Showcase exceptional legal drafting and writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on an array of projects involving the acquisition, development, and mixed-use planned communities (both horizontal and vertical) for esteemed local, regional, and national builders and developers.
• Handle a variety of transactions related to residential and commercial real estate developments, both within Texas and at a national level.
• Work alongside a talented team of attorneys and support staff on high-profile real estate ventures within a dynamic and interactive practice.
