Location: Chicago, IL

Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 national law firm, is actively seeking a highly-qualified and driven Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group located in Chicago.

Desired Candidate:

  • Graduate degree in law (JD) from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic performance.
  • Active admission to the Illinois Bar is a must.
  • At least 5 years of extensive experience in transactional real estate, including proficient handling of purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
  • Preference for additional expertise in joint ventures, financing from borrower perspective, and fund management.
  • Proven track record in major law firms with exceptional writing and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise various transactional real estate matters, ensuring meticulous execution of agreements and transactions.
  • Directly engage with clients, furnishing them with comprehensive legal support and advice within a dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere, contributing to the growth and accomplishments of the national real estate finance practice.
