Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is in search of a highly experienced partner-level attorney to join their well-regarded real estate practice with a focus on condominium development. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled real estate lawyer to collaborate with an established team and contribute to a successful practice in West Palm Beach.

Candidate Profile:

• Hold a JD degree from a reputable top-tier law school with an impressive academic background.
• Active Florida Bar Admission (in excellent standing).
• Bring more than 15 years of substantive experience in the real estate field, specializing in condominium development.
• Possess a portable book of business and the capability to supervise a team consisting of 1–2 associates and a condo paralegal.
• Demonstrate expertise in developing complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents.
• Exhibit strong proficiency in representing developers, buyers, and sellers in commercial and residential property transactions.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including analytical and advocacy abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal advisor for condominium development projects, encompassing the planning and implementation of commercial, retail, hotel, resort, and residential condominiums, as well as land condominiums and vertical subdivisions.
• Oversee all stages of the pre-turnover process for both residential and commercial condominiums, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely project delivery.
• Compose and negotiate intricate condominium and vertical subdivision documents, navigate approval procedures, and guarantee adherence to industry standards.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, fostering clear communication and instilling trust throughout the development endeavors.
• Collaborate effectively with other attorneys and paralegals, fostering a culture of efficiency and delivering exceptional client service.
