Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 65 firm, is in search of a partner-level attorney with extensive expertise in condominium development to join their highly skilled real estate team. This is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer to collaborate with an established group and contribute to a thriving practice based in West Palm Beach.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Hold a JD from a top-tier law school with a solid academic track record.
• Must have a current Florida Bar Admission (in good standing).
• Minimum of 15 years of substantial experience in real estate, focusing particularly on condominium development.
• Bring a portable clientele and be capable of supporting a team of 1-2 associates and a condo paralegal.
• Demonstrate expertise in drafting intricate condominium documents, overseeing vertical subdivisions, and representing developers, buyers, and sellers in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong analytical and advocacy abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary legal counsel for condominium development projects, which includes the planning and development of commercial, retail, hotel, resort, and residential condominiums, as well as land condominiums and vertical subdivisions.
• Oversee all aspects of the pre-turnover process for residential and commercial condominiums, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and negotiate complex condominium and vertical subdivision documents, navigate approval processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and open communication throughout the development process.
• Collaborate effectively with other lawyers and paralegals, promoting a culture of efficiency and delivering exceptional client service.
