An esteemed national law firm within the AmLaw 100 is in search of a highly skilled lawyer to join their prestigious Real Estate Finance Practice Group.
This unique opportunity is available in various major cities, with a preference for Denver, Chicago, Kansas City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a Top Tier law school, demonstrating a history of exceptional academic performance.
- Active membership in the bar in good standing in the state where the office is located.
- Experienced Professional: Candidates must possess 3+ years of significant experience in real estate finance, including loan origination, mezzanine loans and preferred equity, as well as asset management and workout experience.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Superior writing and communication abilities are essential, along with a proven track record of managing and executing transactions for lenders.
- Driven Team Player: An ambitious attitude to excel and contribute to the growth of the nationwide practice, while thriving in a supportive team environment.
Overview of the Role:
- Lead High-Impact Deals: The attorney will take charge of complex real estate finance transactions from start to finish, encompassing loan origination, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and asset management.
- Direct Engagement: The position involves fostering and nurturing client relationships, as well as assuming significant responsibilities within a dynamic and collaborative setting.
- Strategic Planning for Success: The attorney will handle secondary market repurchase facilities and develop exit strategies with strategic insight.

- Experienced Professional: Candidates must possess 3+ years of substantial real estate finance experience, including large-scale commercial transactions and loan origination.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Superior writing and communication abilities are required, with a proven track record of managing and executing transactions for lenders.
- Driven Team Player: An ambitious attitude to excel and contribute to the growth of the nationwide practice, while thriving in a supportive team environment.
