Regional Director of Hospice Operations - Exciting job opportunity with a well-established and continuously expanding hospice provider covering multiple states and locations.

Competitive base salary with a 20% bonus

Remote Role: Requires approximately 60-70% travel

Qualifications:Seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following states: IL, KS, MI, MO, PA, or SC. Highly prefer individuals already residing in these states and willing to travel 60-70% of the time. Expect the ideal candidate to have experience in managing and growing multiple hospice offices (approximately 5-10), and possess a strong commitment to supporting and collaborating with leaders on a daily basis.

We are in search of an exceptional leader in the hospice industry who has a proven track record at the state and multi-site level

Additional requirements for candidates:

• Extensive background in hospice operations and sales/growth
• Previous experience as an Area Director or Regional Director of Operations is mandatory
• Bonus points for experience in Due Diligence, Start-up/DeNovo, and Acquisitions
• Ideally, the candidate should be based in, near, or have extensive knowledge of the following territories and markets: IL, KS, MI, MO, PA, or SC
