Regional Field Support Manager (SoutheastRegion)
The Regional Field Support Manager is responsible for overseeing Field Service operations in the Southeast Region. This position is based in North Miami, FL and the ideal candidate should be located within a 1 hour commute to a major airport in either the Miami, Florida or West Palm Beach, FL area. Their main role is to coordinate the activities of the regional Field Service Engineers to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field is required for this position, although a Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred. Additionally, candidates must have at least 5 years of direct customer interaction experience, along with 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a field service environment. Proficiency in database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point is also necessary. Some travel may be required, but no relocation assistance will be provided. Only local candidates from the area will be considered.
*** The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the company offers a bonus structure, company vehicle, and fully paid family medical benefits.
