Regional Field Support Manager (Southwest Region)
The Regional Field Operations Manager (Southwest Region) is responsible for overseeing and directing the Field Service activities in the Southwest Region. The ideal candidate can reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth TX area, Houston TX area, or San Antonio TX area, as long as they have a reasonable commute to a major airport. Their main role is to coordinate the regional Field Service Engineers to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess at least an Associate’s Degree in a related field, with a strong preference for a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. They should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct customer interface, with 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a field service environment. Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point. Some overnight travel will be required. Please note that for this position, we are only considering local candidates in the area. Relocation is not available.
The salary for this position ranges between $95K - $120K, depending on experience. In addition to the base salary, the company offers a bonus, company vehicle, and fully paid family medical coverage.
*** Note: The minimum requirement for this position is an AAS Degree in a related field, although a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is highly desired.
