We are seeking a Regional Field Support Manager - medical lab analyzers to oversee our Field Service activities in the Los Angeles, CA area. The ideal candidate will reside within a 1-hour commute to a major airport in California. As the Regional Field Operations Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating our team of Field Service Engineers to achieve our business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in a related field. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in direct field customer interface and 3 years of supervisory/management experience in a field service environment. Proficiency in database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point is essential for this role. Some overnight travel may be required.

Please note that we are only considering candidates who are already local to the Los Angeles, CA area and are not open to relocation.

*** This position offers a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a bonus structure, a company vehicle, and fully paid family medical benefits.
