Specialty Infusion Pharmacy Regional Nurse Director

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Specialty Infusion Pharmacy Regional Nurse Director to lead and support a high-performing team of infusion nurses across a multi-state territory. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of home infusion nurses

• Ensure compliance with physician orders, policies, and state/federal regulations

• Oversee documentation standards, patient safety practices, and clinical quality

• Coordinate nurse scheduling and manage productivity metrics

• Conduct audits, support performance improvement, and manage complaint resolution

• Facilitate team meetings, virtual training, and interdisciplinary communication

• Contribute to staffing strategy, cost management, and service delivery planning

What You’ll Bring:

• BSN required (Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred)

• Current RN license (must be active and unrestricted)

• CRNI® certification preferred

• 5+ years of nursing experience with 2+ years in home infusion or specialty pharmacy

• 2+ years in nurse leadership or regional management

• Strong clinical judgment, team leadership, and communication skills

• Proficiency with EMRs and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage remote teams and travel within the assigned region
