5+ years of successful sales leadership experience – ideally in diagnostic lab or genetic testing
3+ years of physician-focused sales within clinical diagnostics, OB-GYN, or reproductive health

We’re hiring a Regional Sales Director to lead a dynamic team selling our cutting-edge genetic testing solutions — including noninvasive prenatal testing, carrier screening, and miscarriage testing — across the Southeast territory.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead & mentor a regional sales team – hiring, training, coaching, and managing performance

  • Develop strategic business plans to drive territory expansion and revenue goals

  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the OB-GYN space

  • Gain deep product knowledge in genetic testing to effectively guide sales efforts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional and organizational strategies

  • Analyze market trends to fuel competitive growth and best-in-class execution

  • Champion territory optimization and smart resource allocation

  • Represent the company at conferences and build partnerships with healthcare institutions


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences (MBA a plus)

  • Clinical diagnostics or genetic testing experience preferred

  • Strong leadership presence and team-building skills

  • Comfortable with fast-paced, high-performance culture

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management abilities

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
