Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Rigid & Flexible Packaging (Food & Beverage CPGs)
Location: Based anywhere in Texas

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and build strategic partnerships with top-tier food and beverage CPG clients. This role will focus on expanding market share, managing key accounts, and generating new business within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of packaging solutions, a solid background in sales to major CPG brands, and a track record of exceeding targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive revenue and market penetration

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with large CPG companies in the food and beverage sector

  • Grow and manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and uncovering upselling opportunities

  • Partner with internal teams—product development, marketing, and operations—to deliver tailored solutions

  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive profitability and ensure long-term customer satisfaction

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings

  • Deliver impactful sales presentations, forecasts, and proposals to internal stakeholders and executive leadership

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

  • 5+ years of sales experience in rigid and/or flexible packaging, with a strong focus on food & beverage CPG clients

  • Demonstrated success in territory growth and key account management

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the assigned region

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of operating autonomously in a dynamic environment
