Regional Sales Manager – Automation Products

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Our client is a global leader in providing motion control solutions for various industries such as Machine Tool, Semiconductor, Robotics, Automation, Medical, Energy, and Transportation. With a workforce of over 8,000 employees, they are currently seeking a Regional Sales Supervisor for Automation Products in the Minneapolis area.


We are looking for a skilled and motivated sales professional who thrives on exploring new business opportunities, traveling, and building strong relationships with our OEM customers and distributors. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and help them achieve growth, while also contributing to the company's overall success. This position offers the chance to work with a wide range of applications and be part of a supportive and driven sales team.

  • Generate sales revenue in the assigned region by prospecting for new customers and markets, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide on-site product information, engineer assistance, demonstrations, and product recommendations.


  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM, SIM, SCALA, and BRAIN software systems.
  • Proven ability to proactively resolve obstacles and align internal resources with customer needs.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
