Position: Regional Sales Manager – Water Treatment Industry

Location: Northeast – New Jersey

Water Well Company is seeking an ambitious individual to oversee our operations in the Northeast region.

We specialize in developing, manufacturing, and managing water treatment facilities for a variety of industries, municipalities, and agricultural sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in the Northeast and must have strong sales skills to work directly with our dealers and distributors.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the water treatment and filtration industry. An engineering or technical degree is preferred as they will be involved in hands-on work.

Responsibilities

· Manage all sales activities in the territory, including but not limited to providing sales, marketing, and technical support, delivering product/technical information, engineering specifications, technical submittals, and troubleshooting assistance to dealers, consulting engineers, end-users, and other sales representatives.

· Offer pre- and post-sales support.

• Provide technical consulting on our products to current and prospective dealers.
• Manage and support our dealers and distributors.
• Frequent traveling within the territory.

Background

• Proven technical experience in the industrial water treatment and filtration market.
• Knowledge and experience in sales within the 'water' industry.
• Strong solution selling abilities.

· Experience in conducting product seminars to large professional groups.

· Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, maintain diplomacy, analyze situations, and maintain a professional demeanor.

· Proficient in financial calculations, forecasting, budget creation, and management.

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

· 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role with familiarity in water treatment and filtration.
