Regional Sales Rep FL – Food
Remote Sales Representative in the Florida and Alabama Region
Based in Tampa or Orlando
We are a company that manufactures and distributes food ingredients and components.
Responsibilities:
Maximize sales and profits by expanding our customer base in the food service industry, including independent and corporate food service providers, restaurants, specialty stores, and convenience stores in the region.
Create and implement strategic plans, presentations, and promotional activities in collaboration with the Sales Director.
Collaborate with Regional Brokers to establish sales objectives and priorities for each account to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on food service, specialty, convenience store, and independent accounts.
Thorough understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
Self-motivated with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
Experience working with brokers and distributors.
Proficient in Excel and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
Strong drive to seize business opportunities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. Travel required: Approximately 50%+ within the region.
Compensation:
Salary: $75-95K, plus quarterly bonus based on key performance indicators (sales volume, customer acquisition, sales turnover, CRM utilization), comprehensive health plan (Health, Dental, Vision), 3% match on 401(k), cell phone and laptop provided, car allowance, vacation days.
