Regional Sales Representative
POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Sales Representative (Metal Product) position is a field sales role where the TSM is responsible for driving sales growth in a specific geographic territory. They will provide innovative solutions to our distributor partners and their customers, addressing the most challenging industry needs. Our sales approach is characterized by a commitment to finding solutions and meeting customer demands. We recruit exceptional individuals who strive to become industry experts in their field.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing sales activities in a multi-state territory, involving moderate to extensive travel
· Implementing and executing the company's sales strategy
· Participating in pipeline reviews using CRM tools
· Identifying potential end-user accounts, securing product specifications, and driving sales through partner distributors
· Conducting product training sessions for partner distributors
· Collaborating on sales calls with partner distributors
· Representing the company at industry trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate should have:
· A Bachelor’s Degree or substantial industry experience
· Experience working with metal products
· Ability to work in industrial settings and possess mechanical aptitude
· 2-5 years of experience in outside industrial sales
· Recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
· 40% - 65% overnight travel is required for this position
