Join a dedicated team committed to making a significant impact in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing effective strategies and facilitating positive changes in our clients' lives.

Primary Duties:

• Conduct personalized one-on-one sessions, implementing goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Engage with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support and evaluate client progress.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques to achieve positive behavioral outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for each client session.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid certification as a Behavior Technician.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions.
• Proficient understanding of ABA principles and methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• A strong desire to positively impact children's lives.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Behavior Technician
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Hold an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification
• Previous experience working with children
