Registered Nurse, RN – Full-Time

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care to individuals of all ages and health conditions.
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document patient histories.
- Create and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), though an associate degree in nursing is acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
