Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care to individuals of all ages and health conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document patient histories.
• Create and implement personalized care plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

• Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Preference for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), though an associate degree in nursing is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required.
