Main Duties

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions and age groups.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately record patient medical histories.
• Create and execute personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the guidance of healthcare professionals.
• Monitor, document, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive measures, and treatment options.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; preference given to those with a BSN or PHN.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent.
• Licensed driver with a well-maintained vehicle and a clean driving record, meeting state or agency requirements for insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
