Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care to individuals of different age groups and health conditions.
• Perform thorough assessments and accurately document patient histories.
• Create and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs and conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records and documentation.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Central, AZ.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, associate degree in nursing is acceptable.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
