Registered Nurse (RN) Labor & Delivery – Nights

Night Shift Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) Glenwood Springs, Colorado
Hourly Rate: $33.99-$49.98 + Relocation Assistance + $15,000 Signing Bonus + Full Benefits + Shift Differential

Responsibilities:
Glenwood Springs, Colorado

- Prepare and assist in the delivery of newborns
- Provide support to laboring mothers
- Monitor and assess fetal heart rate patterns
- Administer medications and anesthesia as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
  • Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Possession of a registered nurse license in the state of Colorado.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association.
  • Certified in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in nursing.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Possession of national certification in the area of labor and delivery nursing.

  • Full-time position available without on-call responsibilities.
  • Enjoy a $15,000 sign-on bonus as part of our comprehensive compensation package.
  • Choose between four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

Education:

  • Current registered nurse license in the state of Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association.

Experience:

  • Prior experience of 2+ years in acute care or med-surg nursing is preferred.

Salary:

  • Hourly rate of $33.99 to $49.98 (BSN)
  • Starting wage will be determined based on experience, education, and skills
  • A 4% pay difference for those with an RN-ADN, BSN, or MSN degree.
  • Receive a generous $15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment.
