Thriving and successful CPA firm is currently seeking a Tax Senior to join our team. This position can also be considered for a Tax Supervisor role for a highly qualified candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience in public accounting tax, including the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Strong skills in preparing and reviewing financial statements and full charge bookkeeping are desired. It is also important to have expertise in year-end tax planning for individuals and corporations, and knowledge in retirement planning will be beneficial. Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance is a plus. Additionally, the ability to meet with clients, work independently, and think creatively in the planning process will be crucial. The ideal candidate must also be capable of conducting research and providing solutions for complex tax issues while staying updated on changes in tax code.

In addition to technical skills, this position requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and management abilities.
