An innovative, highly profitable, and established CPA firm is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Remote Accounting Manager. The title could be enhanced to Accounting Supervisor for a standout candidate. We require at least 3 years of recent experience in public accounting, specifically in tax preparation and review for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. It would be advantageous to have expertise in financial statement preparation, full charge bookkeeping for clients, and year-end tax planning for individuals and corporations. Familiarity with retirement planning is also desirable. Knowledge of multi-state tax compliance is a bonus. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must have a proven track record in client meetings, possess strong independent work skills, and demonstrate creative thinking during the planning process. You should be well-versed in researching and providing solutions for complex tax issues, as well as keeping up-to-date with changes in the tax code.
