Job Title: Resort Director

Location: Waterloo, IA

Salary: $45-55K + bonus

Job Summary: The Resort Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring that the resort's goals and objectives are met. They will manage the staff and maintain the highest standards of customer care and service.

Qualifications:

• Implementation and enforcement of company policies, processes, and procedures
• Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
• Recruiting, training, and managing staff, including conducting reviews and onboarding
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility
• Collaborating with the marketing team to attract and engage new customers
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
• Fostering a positive and supportive work environment based on the company's core values
• Serving as a mentor and leader for the staff
• Building and maintaining relationships with staff and customers

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing plans to achieve organizational goals
• Creating and implementing innovative solutions to challenges
• Demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Possessing excellent listening and communication skills (both written and verbal)
