A Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Respiratory Care Practitioner II (RCP II), who has obtained the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from the National Board of Respiratory Care, is responsible for providing respiratory care to patients in their assigned area. They will work under the guidance of the Respiratory Care Management team and handle routine, emergency, and critical care cases in both adult and neonatal ICUs.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited college with a degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Training specific to the assigned area.
• Holding a valid California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hiring.
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association at the time of hiring.
• National Provider ACLS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hiring.
• National Provider PALS certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hiring.
• Previous experience in an acute respiratory care setting, covering both routine and critical care scenarios.
