Qualifications:
•Must possess a valid Respiratory Therapist License in Montana or be eligible to obtain one.
•CRT or RRT certification required.
Work hours and compensation:
•The position involves day shifts, with 12-hour workdays.
•Salary ranges from $27 per hour to $40 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and a relocation/sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other departments to deliver high-quality care to patients of all age groups, from infants to the elderly. Work proficiently in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including performing cardiopulmonary testing.
•Assess patient needs and consult with healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions.
•Administer prescribed therapies, monitor patient responses, and communicate outcomes to the healthcare provider.
•Conduct cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests in an outpatient setting.
•Inspect, test, and operate respiratory therapy equipment.
•Respond to emergency codes and requests for immediate assistance.
•Ensure compliance with continuing education requirements mandated by the Montana Licensing Board.
