Qualifications:
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Respiratory Therapist License in Montana.
• CRT or RRT certification required.
Working Hours and Compensation:
• The position offers day shifts, with 12-hour workdays.
• Expected compensation range is between $26 to $40 per hour, along with comprehensive benefits and a relocation/sign-on bonus.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and ancillary departments to deliver high-quality care to patients of all age groups, ranging from infants to the elderly. This will involve working adeptly in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including performing cardiopulmonary tests.
• Assess patients with breathing disorders and cardiopulmonary diseases in consultation with providers, designing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed therapies, monitor patient responses, and document outcomes for providers.
• Conduct cardiopulmonary diagnostic tests in outpatient settings.
• Inspect, test, and operate respiratory therapy equipment.
• Respond promptly to emergency codes and calls for immediate assistance.
• Comply with continuing education requirements mandated by the State of Montana Licensing Board.
