Who we're seeking:
- Completion of a two-year Respiratory Care Practitioner program from an AMA-accredited institution (or equivalent requirements as specified by state regulations)
- Holding CRT, RRT eligibility, or RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), and possessing a valid Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification or License in the State of Washington
- Preferably, candidates with at least 2 years of professional experience
Hours and compensation potential:
- Full-time position with working hours from 7pm to 7:30am
- RRT candidates can expect an hourly range of $39.65 to $53, while CRT individuals can anticipate $37.50 to $46.50 per hour, depending on experience.
- Generous shift differentials offered for evening shifts ($3/hr), night shifts ($4/hr), and weekends ($2.25/hr)
- Sign-on bonus of $15,000 and comprehensive benefits package, including relocation assistance of up to $5,000
Responsibilities:
- Providing specialized respiratory assessment and care that aligns with one's training, experience, and skillset to patients diagnosed with respiratory disorders
- Collaborating with attending physicians and adhering to hospital protocols to formulate treatment plans and deliver prescribed care
