What We're Looking For:

• Graduate of an AMA-accredited two-year Respiratory Care Practitioner program (or equivalent to meet state licensing requirements).

• CRT, RRT-eligible, or RRT certified by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), with Washington State Respiratory Care Practitioner License.

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM with rotating weekends.

• RRT Pay Range: $39.65 – $53.00/hour

• CRT Pay Range: $37.50 – $46.50/hour

• Shift Differentials:

  • Evenings: +$3.00/hr

  • Nights: +$4.00/hr

  • Weekends: +$2.25/hr

• Sign-on Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll provide specialized respiratory assessments and care to patients with respiratory disorders, ensuring treatment plans align with physician direction and hospital protocols. You’ll bring your clinical expertise and compassion to a team dedicated to delivering top-tier care to the community.
