What they’re looking for:

  • Successful completion of a two (2) year Respiratory Care Practitioner education program accredited by the American Medical Association (AMA) or equivalent criteria based on state regulatory requirements.
  • Eligibility for CRT or RRT credentials, or possession of RRT credentials from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and State of Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner Certification/License.
  • Preferably, a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Hours and compensation potential:

  • This is a full-time position with working hours from 7am to 7:30pm.
  • The hourly wage ranges between $39.65 and $53.84, depending on experience. Significant shift differentials are offered for evenings ($3/hour), nights ($4/hour), and weekends ($2.25/hour).
  • A generous sign-on bonus of $15,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including relocation assistance of up to $5,000 are provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialized respiratory assessment and care to patients with respiratory disorders in accordance with training, experience, and competence.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans as directed by the attending physician and hospital protocols.
