Our rapidly growing quick-service restaurant franchise is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Manager to oversee our locations in Waterloo, NY and other states including NJ, NY, MD, and PA.
Take charge of the overall operations and lead a team of 40+ in ensuring exceptional guest experience and maintaining high-quality products.
Implement smart business strategies to manage the P&L, control expenses, foster employee development, provide exceptional customer service, manage inventory, conduct local marketing campaigns, and strengthen brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a general manager in the quick-service restaurant industry, including expertise in team management, scheduling, productivity enhancement, inventory management, financial planning, sales promotions, local marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Possession of ServSafe certification.
Ability to adapt to a flexible 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
What we offer:
A sign-on bonus of $3000, competitive base salary of $70-80K with weekly pay, monthly bonus plan of $1000-$1500, and annual Partners in Profit payout ranging from $7K - $8K.
