Restaurant GM – Quick Service
Our fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise is seeking a General Manager to oversee our Hagerstown, MD location.
Lead and manage a team of over 40 employees, ensuring outstanding customer service and maintaining high product quality standards.
Implement strategic business plans to control expenses, enhance customer satisfaction, drive sales, and promote repeat business.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in QSR General Management, with a strong background in team management, scheduling, productivity, inventory control, and cash management.
Certification in ServSafe is required.
Flexibility to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $70-75K per year (weekly pay)
Monthly bonus plan: $1000-$1500
Partners in Profit: Annual bonus of $7K - $8K
