Restaurant GM – Quick Service
We are a fast-growing QSR franchise with 10 stores located in NJ, NY, MD, and PA.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation and leading a team of 40+ employees. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests feel at home and that we consistently deliver excellent product quality.
Your responsibilities will include managing the P&L through strategic business planning, controlling expenses, effectively managing people, providing exceptional customer service, handling food ordering, implementing local store marketing initiatives, and serving as a brand ambassador to drive sales and foster repeat business.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience as a QSR General Manager. Your experience should include hiring, developing, and motivating teams, creating and managing schedules, optimizing productivity, managing inventory and ordering systems, maintaining store sanitation, overseeing cash management, adhering to budget constraints, driving sales through promotional campaigns, and prioritizing exceptional customer service.
Additionally, you should have a ServSafe certification and be willing to work a flexible schedule with 5-day, 10-hour shifts.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive base salary of $70-75K with weekly pay, along with a monthly bonus plan ranging from $1000 to $1500. Additionally, our Partners in Profit program provides an annual bonus of $7K - $8K. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a profit sharing plan, a 401k plan with a match, and 14 days of paid time off.
