Restaurant GM (Quick Service - Fast Food)

Multi-Unit Franchise | Locations in NJ, NY, MD, PA

A successful 10-store Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) franchise with freestanding locations across New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced and motivated QSR General Manager to lead one of its high-performing locations.

Position Overview:

As the QSR General Manager, you will oversee the total store operation and lead a team of 40+ employees, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, high product quality, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for optimizing performance, managing the P&L, building a strong culture, and driving local marketing efforts to grow sales and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations and inspire your team to go above and beyond for every guest

• Manage and grow store profitability through strategic planning and effective cost control

• Drive team performance by hiring, training, scheduling, and developing staff

• Ensure a high level of food safety, cleanliness, and overall store sanitation

• Handle inventory, ordering, and waste management

• Oversee cash handling and financial controls

• Lead local store marketing initiatives and represent the brand as a true ambassador

• Foster a culture of excellence in customer service and team collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of QSR General Manager experience

• Proven track record in hiring, developing, and motivating high-performing teams

• Strong experience with scheduling, ordering systems, cash handling, food safety, and P&L management

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales through promotions and local marketing

• ServSafe certification required

• Flexible to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift schedule

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (weekly pay)

• Monthly Bonus: $1,000 – $1,500

• Annual Partners in Profit Bonus: $7,000 – $8,000
