Retail Channel Analyst – Sales Operations & Insights (Retail CPG)
📍 Location: Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office | 💰 $65,000–$75,000 Base + Bonus
🏭 Industry: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) – Automotive Aftermarket

🚨 MUST HAVES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or retail/CPG sales support

• Strong Excel skills; Power BI and SAP experience are big pluses

• Experience with key retailers (Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.)

• Excellent communication & presentation abilities

Join a high-impact Sales Operations team and play a critical role in driving performance across top national retailers like Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club, and more. This hybrid role blends data analysis, storytelling, and strategic collaboration to empower retail growth and decision-making.

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Analyze POS data to spot trends, gaps, and performance insights across key accounts

• Create compelling presentations and reports to guide sales strategies and leadership decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations) on pricing, promotions, and planning

• Support line reviews and trade events—travel occasionally to engage key retail partners

• Track and evaluate promotions and gross-to-net impacts

• Use Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI (preferred) to develop reporting tools and dashboards

• Streamline processes and bring structure to sales support initiatives
