This role involves creating and executing retail strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share through our in-store stores and showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience, managing inventory, and optimizing store layout and visual merchandising. They will also analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and adapt strategies accordingly. Previous experience in the home soft goods industry is a must-have.
