Risk manager/Credit manager

Location: Florence, AL

Required Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is necessary

· Preference given to candidates with previous experience as a Credit Manager or Credit Analyst or in a similar role

· Experience in managing business insurance is highly desired

· Prior experience in managing insurance claims is preferred

Familiarity with credit card programs is necessary.

Experience with Google Business would be a plus.

·Experience in managing part-time or seasonal personnel is preferred

Skills Necessary:

· Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

· Familiarity with Adobe software

· Ability to maintain a calendar and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

· Detail-oriented with an organized workspace

· Efficient work completion with a focus on quality

· Effective verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to manage a team of seasonal associates

· Positive attitude and optimistic personality

· Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues and vendors

· Familiarity with Oracle/JD Edwards would be a bonus

· Experience with a credit card payment platform would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the SVP of Operations and Information Technology

· Maintain a relationship with the Insurance Broker, overseeing claims and renewals

· Act as the primary contact for business insurance claims, responsible for tracking and reporting on claims

· Ensure that insurance certificates are available and distributed as necessary

· Supervise the Credit Analyst/Fleet Administrator to ensure timely and accurate completion of job duties

· Supervise the Credit Card Manager/Digital Infrastructure to ensure timely and accurate completion of job duties

· Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of credit card sales with customer accounts.

· Ad hoc reporting as required

· Assist the SVP of Operations and Information Technology with reporting and analysis as requested
