Salary range: $115,000-162,000 per year + Benefits + Bonus + Shift Dif + Paid Relocation
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Shifts: Day and Night Shifts available
$10,000 Signing Bonus

As a Progressive Care Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility is to provide patient-focused, outcome-oriented care to individuals in the cardiac PCU. You will assess the patient's needs and develop an appropriate care plan, coordinating with other members of the healthcare team. You will also ensure that physicians' orders are carried out accurately and efficiently, and promptly communicate any changes in the patient's condition. In addition, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring the patient's response to interventions, and promoting infection control practices.

  • Develop and implement care plans and interventions based on patient assessment
  • Provide patient and family education to support recovery and promote healthy behaviors
  • Evaluate and document patient responses to interventions and progress towards desired outcomes
  • Coordinate patient care activities with other healthcare team members
  • Carry out physicians' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate adverse changes in patient's condition to appropriate individuals
  • Recognize adverse drug reactions and report them according to hospital protocol
  • Manage and alleviate patient's pain through appropriate interventions
  • Administer blood and blood products and monitor for transfusion reactions
  • Safely and efficiently use patient care equipment
  • Follow principles of infection control in patient care
  • Achieve stated goals related to job performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty upon hire
