Job Title: Home Health Nurse Educator

Location: Jericho, NY

Job Description:

• Develop and implement clinical standards and educational programs for the clinical staff.
• Ensure that the agency complies with all regulatory standards.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical orientation and training for newly hired personnel.
• Continuously promote and support the professional development of the staff.
• Conduct clinical observations during patient care and perform chart audits.
• Oversee the delivery of HHA services for the agency.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse, with a preference for a BSN degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Care, with a preference for experience in a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory standards to ensure the provision of high-quality care.
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remotely.
