RN / Home Health Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business operations. This includes supervising the care provided, implementing effective administrative practices, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and driving the agency's growth and profitability.

Qualifications of Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a licensed RN/Registered Nurse
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the home health industry
  • Reside in Lafayette, LA or be willing to relocate to the area
  • Familiarity with the home health market in Lafayette, LA (and surrounding areas)
  • Proven track record of high performance and stable employment
  • Collaborative, effective communicator, visionary, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
  • A leader who can mentor, train, and hold others accountable
